A re-designed website based on the Strathcona neighbors requirements and to catch new families.

The Problem

According to the client the website (https://www.strathcona-residents.org) was created long time ago and the development has not been updated. So, they need to re-design the website and also the structure of each section contained in the actual website. They want a new website that catches the attention to new families looking for a neighbourhood and organized information for the actual residents.

The Solution

To implement this solution we decided to go for web first because the majority of users, that are from this neighbourhood are elderly people. For the first version we defined a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with the following information:

MVP:

- Select relevant information for residents and new families.

- Show the latest news and events.

- Users also can give a look for historic news.

- People can look for things to do in the neighbourhood.

- Show information about the association.

- Promote joining workgroups that contribute with the neighbourhood.
