The Problem:
According to the client the habit of sending postcards with kind messages is being lost because of the social media. So, it will be ideal that exists a social media related to postcards. So, people could share kind notes to people who need it. There are a lot of people that is having some problems like: anxiety, depresion, motivation, loneliness, etc. and would be so helpful to sent kind notes to them.
The Solution:
The main idea of this project is to connect people through digital notes as postcards, and the most valuable, make them feel good. So, the main concern was how to link people in an anonymous way (to avoid the connections by pictures as a dating app) We decided to encourage the users to choose an avatar and topics of interest that needs support (anxiety, depression, motivation, loneliness, etc).
The connections are gonna be made by topics of interests. For example: A person that suffers of depression is gonna select that topic and will got an encourage kind note from a person that selected the same topic (depression). Is not necessary to know / see the picture of the person because the principal idea is make people feel good. After that, the person who got the kind note can reply with a comment or just save the note to read it again any time. So, for purpose of this project we defined an MVP with the client as a first version and second one to add some features:
First Version (MVP):
- Create a profile and select topics of interest.
- Create a kind note and send it to the same topics.
- View the impact of the kind note that was sent.
- Get kind notes and give a response to the author.
- Save the kind note that you received as favorite.
Second Version (Adding some features):
Besides that all the points described on the MVP, in this phase We are adding this features:
- Promote the use of the application adding a rewards system.
- Connect with the person who sent a kind note.
- Private messages with people that you connect.
